What we collect

When you book a discovery call, email us or fill in a form on this site, we collect your name, your email address and anything you choose to tell us, such as your role, your company and what you would like help with. If you take the AI Setup Scorecard, we also receive your answers and your score. Discovery calls are booked through Google Calendar.

Why we use it

• To reply to you and hold the call you booked.
• To prepare a proposal and, if you work with us, to run your sessions and invoice you.
• To send the emails you signed up for, such as Practical AI Notes or your scorecard roadmap. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

We use your information because you asked us to, or because we have a legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running our business. We never sell it, and we only share it with the services that help us run bookings, email and this website.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and bookings: for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows.
• Email sign-ups: until you unsubscribe.
• Client and invoicing records: for six years, as UK tax law requires.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. We will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
