In the room

What your leadership team actually does.

  • Works on its own work. Investor reports, board packs, research, memos and inbox: the things that fill your week, not textbook examples.
  • Picks the right tools for each role. Learns context engineering and prompt engineering, so the skills keep working as the tools change.
  • Builds, rather than watches. Zero slides about the history of machine learning. You leave with a working AI toolkit built around your actual work.
  • Gets on the same page, fast. The team works through the same tools together, so the wins don't stay stuck with individuals.
  • Skips the setup. Ollie builds a custom Claude plugin for your team that sets up your folder structure, context files, skills and connectors automatically. It's built on what works from 100+ sessions. No one has to go through the pain barrier of setting it all up by hand.

Who it's for

The people who set the standard.

The people in the room are the ones who set how the company works. The founder, the MD, the managing partner, the COO. They don't send a deputy and read the notes later.

  • Their own week. A board pack, an investor update, the decision sitting on the desk. Not a textbook example.
  • They do it themselves. No one sits at the back watching a demo. No slides about the history of machine learning.
  • One way of working. So it doesn't stay with the person who already had a ChatGPT tab open.

How it works

Three steps. No pitch.

  1. Discovery call, free. 30 minutes. Before the session we map the tasks that are repetitive, mundane or just eat up time in your week. We do it on the call, or with a short pre-session form sent to everyone attending, so the session is planned around your actual work rather than our assumptions. You get a custom proposal with a tailored session agenda. No pitch deck, no obligation.
  2. The session. Hands-on, on your own laptops. You build real AI tools using your own work. In person where possible.
  3. Follow-up. WhatsApp access for questions and troubleshooting as you put your new tools to work.
What clients say

Real work, real results.

"Ollie ran a couple of hands-on, sharp, and immediately useful AI sessions with our partnerships and senior teams. The groups walked out with things they could actually apply the next day, and it's already changing how they work. I'd recommend Ollie to any team that wants AI to translate into real outcomes, fast."
Hughie de Zulueta, Daily Mail
"Ollie ran a training session with me, and I have to say it was one of the best I've had. It's genuinely changed the way I work day to day. There's how I worked before that session, and how I work after, the biggest shift I've ever made in such a short space of time."
Tasos, Head of Research, CBRE

FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

What does AI training for a leadership team involve?
A hands-on session on your own laptops, built around your team's real work. 70% of the time goes on your actual workflows, not slides. The agenda comes from a free discovery call, and you leave with a working AI toolkit you keep.
How much does AI training for a leadership team cost?
A half-day intensive is £3,500 + VAT per session and a full day is £6,500 + VAT per day. Group pricing varies by size and scope and is agreed on the discovery call, which is free.
How many people can join a session?
Small groups (typically up to 5) or 1:1, led by Ollie. We also run larger-group sessions and team rollouts. Rollout sessions are delivered by Practical AI coaches and priced in your proposal.
Half day or full day: which is right for us?
Every engagement starts with the half-day intensive. A full day is usually split across two teams, for example Finance & Ops in the morning and Marketing (or another team) in the afternoon, each working hands-on on its own workflows. It adds one follow-up session and 30 days of follow-up support.
Does my team need a technical background?
No. If you can use email, you have the skills you need. We start from business problems and work backwards to the right tools.
Which AI tools will we use?
Whatever fits your work. Right now that's usually Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Work day to day, Granola for meetings and Wispr Flow for voice. We're not tied to any vendor.
