The problem

AI for family offices
In Campden Wealth's 2025 survey, about a third of family offices did more than half of their reporting by hand. See family office finance teams, family property portfolios and AI for art galleries.
What we cover
For family offices and wealth managers, a session could cover these, depending on who's in the room. Bring a review pack, a client letter and next week's diary.

- Research on a company or person before a meeting
Review packs
- Client review packs and portfolio summaries
- Pulled from statements, with figures checked against the source
Client letters and notes
- Letters and meeting notes in your house tone
- Notes cut to decisions and actions
Investment papers
- Manager updates, summarised
- Committee papers from your notes
Office admin
- Receipts and expenses into a spreadsheet
- Travel and diary admin
Privacy and sign-off
- A properly set-up business account, so client data stays private
- What never goes in, agreed up front
- You sign off every letter and figure
AI in wealth management: examples
Wealth and investment firms tend to value discretion, which is why we don't name clients.
Investment and corporate finance advisory boutique, London and continental Europe
A 1:1 with the founder, then sessions for the wider team. Amongst other things, we worked on:
- Data team Working inside a merged codebase. Sat with their data science and engineering team in their own code, using Claude Code to plan the files that keep AI coding agents consistent.
- Performance deck Six strategies, about a day by hand. A skill that updates the fund performance slides from a CSV.
- Model audit A growth-stage financial model. Formulae and the exit waterfall checked.
- Board packs Keeping the pack consistent. A consistency check, plus an 8am briefing.
- Board minutes A manual job that took over an hour. A skill that outputs the minutes as a branded PDF.
- LP prospects Researching prospective LPs. Prospect research, with confidence scores.
- Portfolio dashboard Quarterly portfolio reporting. A quarterly portfolio dashboard.
"The training was hands-on, you were very knowledgeable, and we learned a lot about where we could do more to accelerate things. It's transformed the way we work."
How it works
- Discovery first. A free call, or a short form for everyone attending.
- Set up. Every session starts with setting up Claude properly, using our Practical AI plugin, which maps the person and the business to build the best structure for them.
- The right room. Principals, advisers and the people who write the reporting. Small groups (typically up to 5) or 1:1. Private.
- Your own material. Your templates and a real review pack, with anonymised or fictional client data where that's the right call.
- Ways of working. Ways of thinking, problem framing, context engineering and tool selection, so the skills keep working as the tools change. We're Claude-first, not tied to one vendor. Most of the training is in Claude, but we work with ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot too.
- Afterwards. A 30-day review call.
