ChatGPT training for business. Hands-on, in London.
Practical AI runs hands-on ChatGPT training for business in London and across the UK. Ollie Ayton leads it in small groups (typically up to 5) or 1:1, on your team's real work. A half-day intensive is £3,500 + VAT. A full day is £6,500 + VAT.
The facts
- Format
- Hands-on, on your own laptops. You use ChatGPT on a real piece of work from your week. No slides, and no lecture on how the model works.
- Tools
- ChatGPT, and ChatGPT Work if that's what your company already pays for. Claude and Claude Cowork when they fit the job better. Granola for meetings and Wispr Flow for voice.
- Group size
- Small groups (typically up to 5) or 1:1, led by Ollie. We also run larger-group sessions and team rollouts, priced on request.
- Duration
- A half-day intensive or a full day. A full day is usually split across two teams: Finance & Ops in the morning, Marketing (or another team) in the afternoon.
- Price, ex VAT
- Half day £3,500 + VAT per session. Full day £6,500 + VAT per day. The discovery call is free.
- Follow-up
- Two weeks of WhatsApp support after a half day. One follow-up session and 30 days of follow-up support after a full day.
- Where
- In person in London, across the UK and in the US. Virtual sessions also available.
ChatGPT, on a job you already have.
You bring a piece of work. A customer email. A first draft of a board note. A research question. The weekly task that eats an hour.
- You do it in ChatGPT, in the room. On your laptop, with your files, in your tone.
- We set up thorough context. It covers you, the business, your tone of voice and the extra context it needs, because better input means better output.
- The output has to be usable. Ollie works on the context you give it, and on how you check what comes back. Not on a prompt poster.
- Something you can run again. The point is next Tuesday, not a clever answer you can't repeat.
- No slides. There isn't a talk on how ChatGPT works. You'll use it.
The ChatGPT you already pay for.
If the company pays for ChatGPT Work, that's what we open. If people are on the ChatGPT they already use, we use that. We don't sell licences, and we don't mind which plan you're on.
We're not tied to OpenAI. If Claude or Claude Cowork is the better tool for a job, we use it. Plenty of companies use both. The session shows which job goes where.
Granola covers meetings. Wispr Flow covers voice, when that's part of the work. For the wider London offer, see AI training in London.

Half-day Intensive
One team, on its own ChatGPT work. Led by Ollie. Two weeks of WhatsApp support after.

ChatGPT isn't the whole stack.
Where Claude is part of how you work, setup is part of the day. Ollie builds a custom Claude plugin for your team that sets up your folder structure, context files, skills and connectors automatically. It's built on what works from 100+ sessions.
Read Claude training for business or Claude training in London if Claude is the tool you came for. If the room is the leadership team, see AI training for leadership teams.
Three steps. No pitch.
- Discovery call, free. 30 minutes. Before the session we map the tasks that are repetitive, mundane or just eat up time in your week. We do it on the call, or with a short pre-session form sent to everyone attending, so the session is planned around your actual work rather than our assumptions. You get a custom proposal with a tailored session agenda. No pitch deck, no obligation.
- The session. Hands-on, on your own laptops. You build real AI tools using your own work. In person where possible.
- Follow-up. WhatsApp access for questions and troubleshooting as you put your new tools to work.
We don't publish public ChatGPT courses. The session is private, at your office or virtually if that's the only way to get the room together.
Real work, real results.
"Ollie changed the way we work in just half a day. The tools we use every day have completely changed!"
"Ollie ran a training session with me, and I have to say it was one of the best I've had. It's genuinely changed the way I work day to day. There's how I worked before that session, and how I work after, the biggest shift I've ever made in such a short space of time."
JUX Food. Four Cowork systems: a brand-voice writer for 50+ SKUs, Shopify automations, a Meta ads pipeline and reusable skills for the team's recurring tasks.
Baker McVeigh Equine Vet. A voice-to-report system that drafts clinical and pre-sale reports in the vet's tone, turning hours of typing into seconds of review.
