A workshop at your office. Laptops open from the start. No slides. About 70% of the time is your team's own work.
The day
A half day is one team, a morning or an afternoon. A full day is usually split across two teams: Finance & Ops in the morning, Marketing (or another team) in the afternoon. You can also keep the whole day with one team.
Group size
Small groups (typically up to 5) or 1:1, led by Ollie. We also run larger-group sessions and team rollouts, priced on request.
Price, ex VAT
Half day £3,500 + VAT per session. Full day £6,500 + VAT per day. The discovery call is free.
You leave with
The workflow you built in the room, and follow-up afterwards. Where the team uses Claude, Ollie sets it up before you go back to the day job.

How it works

Three steps. No pitch.

  1. Discovery call, free. 30 minutes. Before the session we map the tasks that are repetitive, mundane or just eat up time in your week. We do it on the call, or with a short pre-session form sent to everyone attending, so the session is planned around your actual work rather than our assumptions. You get a custom proposal with a tailored session agenda. No pitch deck, no obligation.
  2. The session. Hands-on, on your own laptops. You build real AI tools using your own work. In person where possible.
  3. Follow-up. WhatsApp access for questions and troubleshooting as you put your new tools to work.

We don't publish open workshop dates. The discovery call is where we agree the day at your office.
