Hands-on, on your own laptops. 70% of the time goes on your team's real workflows, with a custom agenda built from the discovery call.
Tools
Claude and Claude Cowork day to day, and Claude Code for technical work. Not tied to any vendor: if ChatGPT Work or another tool fits your stack better, we use that.
Setup
Done for you. Ollie builds a custom Claude plugin for your team that sets up your folder structure, context files, skills and connectors automatically, so Claude starts with real context on you and the business, not a blank chat. It's built on what works from 100+ sessions.

Three steps. No pitch.

  1. Discovery call, free. 30 minutes. Before the session we map the tasks that are repetitive, mundane or just eat up time in your week. We do it on the call, or with a short pre-session form sent to everyone attending, so the session is planned around your actual work rather than our assumptions. You get a custom proposal with a tailored session agenda. No pitch deck, no obligation.
  2. The session. Hands-on, on your own laptops. You build real AI tools using your own work. In person where possible.
  3. Follow-up. WhatsApp access for questions and troubleshooting as you put your new tools to work.
