Practical AI's hands-on AI training, led by Ollie Ayton in London, costs £3,500 + VAT for a half-day intensive and £6,500 + VAT for a full day. The half day is priced per session and the full day per day, in small groups (typically up to 5) or 1:1. The discovery call is free. Ongoing partnerships start at £3,500 + VAT a month.

Prices are per session or per day, not per head. Group pricing varies by size and scope, and we agree it on the discovery call before you commit to anything.

Yes, that's the most common setup. For example, Finance & Ops in the morning and Marketing (or another team) in the afternoon. Each session's hands-on, on that team's real workflows. You can also spend the whole day with one team.
What does the ongoing partnership include?

How much does a bespoke AI build cost?
