You use ChatGPT on a real piece of work from your week. No slides, and no lecture on how the model works. - **Tools:** ChatGPT, and ChatGPT Work if that's what your company already pays for. Claude and Claude Cowork when they fit the job better. Granola for meetings and Wispr Flow for voice. - **Group size:** Small groups (typically up to 5) or 1:1, led by Ollie. We also run larger-group sessions and team rollouts, priced on request. - **Duration:** A half-day intensive or a full day. A full day is usually split across two teams: Finance & Ops in the morning, Marketing (or another team) in the afternoon. - **Price, ex VAT:** Half day £3,500 + VAT per session.
